Privacy Notice – Personal data (“Data”) is processed by UNITED ENGLISH (“UE”) in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations. The confidentiality of Data is guaranteed, and is protected by administrative, technical, and physical security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access, or improper disclosure. Only authorized personnel will have access to your Data.

Comprehensive Privacy Notice:
It is UE’s policy to respect and protect the privacy of all Data that we hold from our clients, employees, suppliers, and the general public. Part of our philosophy is to maintain active communication with our clients, employees, suppliers, and the general public.
Unless otherwise instructed by the Data owner (“Holder”), they consent to their Data being processed both inside and outside Mexico and understand that it may be processed directly or indirectly.
The processing of the Holder’s personal data includes the following purposes:
CLIENTS
- To be contacted and sent information about our services and the commercial proposal requested by the Holder.
- To be contacted and sent information to offer our services, sent advertising, and be informed about promotions.

- Your Data will be necessary to register you in our system’s database and process your payments, as well as to monitor the quality of your services and fulfill agreed obligations, either through purchase orders or contracts.

- The personal data that UE may request, which varies depending on the case, includes: your name, address, federal taxpayer registration, email, phone number, asset information, financial information, legal information, and official documents proving your identity and the information you provide.
- To prevent unauthorized access to the Holder’s personal data and ensure that the information is used for the purposes established in this privacy notice, we have established options and means similar to those we use for our own data and documents outlined in our Data Privacy Policy.
- The duration of the handling of the Holder’s personal data will depend on the commercial relationship with UE as well as the obligations required by current legislation and competent authorities. In all cases, the information will be kept only for a reasonable amount of time.
EMPLOYEES
- The Data of candidates applying to work at UE and employees working temporarily or indefinitely are necessary to process job applications, register them in programs to schedule payments, and make withholdings as required by Mexican labor legislation.
- To contact their relatives in case of emergency or illness.
- The personal data that UE may request, which varies depending on the case, includes: your name, address, federal taxpayer registration, email, phone number, and official documents proving your identity and the information you provide.

Request for Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition of Personal Data and Revocation of Consen

Through these channels, the Holder can update their Data and specify the means by which they wish to receive information, as UE will establish the channel it deems appropriate to send information if this specification is not provided.
Rights Request
By providing your Data, the Holder accepts that it will be processed for the purposes of and under the terms and conditions provided in this privacy notice, which they acknowledge knowing. At any time, you can request to stop receiving this information by emailing queretaro@unitedenglish.com.mx.
